  1. Am i missing something? i believe this question is not worded correctly.
    Based on the data: USL –> Z = 1 (1 stdev of data fits inside) –> 15.87% of the data exceeds USL (0.1587*360 = 57.1)

    However, not satisfying customer requirements means failing LSL too.
    LSL –> Z = 0.68 (0.68 stdev fits inside ) –> 24.8% of data fails to meet LSL (0.248*360 = 89.4)

    Total count outside spec limits is then 146.5
