  1. I think B is correct since the Question tells that no backup was performed, and run HA file valid once did before 1min which is the automatic period to perform this command or the sync process.

  2. A is correct
    The configuration change was saved, after which some issues occurred. The only way (from offered options) is to restore it from historical saved configurations (which keeps last saved 5 configurations).
    File synchronisation is NOT and option, as all the changes (either deletion) is propagated to Secondary node immediately, so both nodes contains the same configuration, causing issues in that scenario. Therefore there is no correct configuration file, which could be synchronised.
