  1. A) No – ballooning means memory exhaustion and therefore worse performance
    B) Yes – VMXNET3 provides the best network performance
    C) No – Although this might improve performance when NUMA is involved, this is not the case (see also point 5.3 of the pdf below)
    D) Yes – Paravirtual SCSI provides the best adapter performance
    E) Yes – Hyper-Threading enables two threads to run simultaneously
