I think the answer is C. profiling in google is defined as recording and analisis to assess or predict their capabilities, this sounds like reconnaissance. So identifying ports (C) is correct.

My gut tells me both A & B are correct but cyber ops has quite a few pages on througput. And since it’s a cisco exam i’d also choose A in this context
