    1. Hi Bob,
      It cannot be B, as the article confirms as well: When creating a subscription, in order to get Email option, we need to configure SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) first.
      And the question specifically states what we should do “FIRST” 🙂 so I would go for A on this one
