A vSAN administrator is designing a new all-flash vSAN cluster. The cluster will host read intensive applications. Which factor should be included in the design to improve read performance?

A
is very poor this question
in https://blogs.vmware.com/virtualblocks/2017/01/18/designing-vsan-disk-groups-cache-ratio-revisited/
the 2 ways to improve performace is C and A … but refers more to C
Thanks mate.. All the answers to the questions seem randomly selected..
The right answer would be A.
In all-flash vSAN, Cache disk are only being used for write cache and it is recommended to disable controller cache, so C and D could not be the answers. Using large capacity disks also would not help the performance, so B is also wrong!
