But, we must consider the phase of the project. We must consider this part of the question: “The migration project includes the following phases . . .” If this were in the planning stages, maybe Multicloud solution would make more sense. But I get the idea CompTIA starting at this point might be significant. Maybe we are supposed to assume the company does not want to go back to the drawing board?
I doubt that first half of the question was put there for no reason. The architect phase of the project is long over. At *this* phase, the best choice is CASB.
wouldn’t a multicloud add unnecessary complexity to your solution. Geographical service redundancy in AWS would almost act as a multicloud in times of an outage. Like you said though, availability really doesn’t pertain to any of the other answers. Would a hybrid cloud solution work though if you minimized your internal datacenter or simply keep your datacenter as a COOP site when there is a cloud outage? Your own-premise datacenter would be there and provide HA during an outage and could just host the critical services. Just a thought

I have not known I needed to cover Multi-Cloud for this exam. Multi-Cloud can actually host Hybrid Cloud if that eases some peoples concerns.
