Answer C:
from the official Cisco LAB guide, it says for client provision port in 8909 as Joe said. 8905 and 8906 are used for NAC agent SWISS protocol (Profiling).
I think answer is A – TCP 8905.
What Joe is referring above (Admin Guide) does say TCP 8909 however it points to Hardware Install Guide for more information and in the hardware install guide it says TCP 8905 for supplicant provisioning. And no mention of TCP 8909 like Anonymous pointed above. May be a typo in 2.1 Admin Guide?
2.1 Admin Guide:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/ise/2-1/admin_guide/b_ise_admin_guide_21/b_ise_admin_guide_20_chapter_010101.html
“Open up TCP port 8909 and UDP port 8909 to enable installation of Cisco NAC Agent, Cisco NAC Web Agent, and supplicant provisioning wizard.
For more information about port usage, see the “Cisco ISE Appliance Ports Reference” appendix in the Cisco Identity Services Engine Hardware Installation Guide.”
However the same thing in ISE 2.4 Admin Guide refers to TCP 8905.
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/ise/2-4/admin_guide/b_ise_admin_guide_24/b_ise_admin_guide_24_new_chapter_010110.html#ID1273
Open up TCP port 8905 to enable installation of Cisco AnyConnect Agent, Cisco Web Agent, and supplicant provisioning wizard. For more information about port usage, see the “Cisco ISE Appliance Ports Reference” appendix in the Cisco Identity Services Engine Hardware Installation Guide.
It’s A !!!
The port 8909 don’t even exists in the ports matrix.
Sorry but its C
“Open up TCP port 8909 and UDP port 8909 to enable installation of Cisco NAC Agent, Cisco NAC Web Agent, and supplicant provisioning wizard.”

I believe the answer is A and mainly TCP 8905: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/ise/2-0/installation_guide/b_ise_InstallationGuide20/Cisco_SNS_3400_Series_Appliance_Ports_Reference.html#ID-1420-000000ee
