  1. A is the correct answer. here is the proof. R1(config-router)#router-id 1.1.1.1
    Reload or use “clear ip ospf process” command, for this to take effect
    R1(config-router)#

  2. The answer is A. Specifying router ID is already with higher importance than any loopback address. You need to reload the OSPF or reboot the router. Rebooting the router will stop all other communications. Thus reloading only the OSPF process is the least disruptive way.
