D is the correct answer. If you choose reject as an action, you cannot set UserCheck.
It can not be reject as the gateway will send RST to the source host , which increase the CPU load
User Check Interactions have four options – Ask, Cancel, Inform and Drop. There is no Reject. Option D is correct.
