    WPA2 Enterprise implements a mutual authentication scheme, authenticating clients to the wireless network and vice versa using 802.1x EAP, usually with a RADIUS server. This ensures that the client is valid and that the client is associated with a legitimate network. WPA2 Enterprise mode makes use of IEEE 802.1x Layer 2 authentication and as such, use of EAP, which itself supports more than 70 different EAP types. The EAP methods are, among others:
