  1. Graphic is wrong, no question about it. but you have to see the logic in the explanation and understand that in this case you have to think sw4 in the graphic as sw2 (meaning the one that is connected with the pc2) in relation with the answer. And triple-check everything.
You need the logic of the question, to memorize, not how many typographic errors (pardon my english) are in this page.
with these errors or not. Think about this : route, switch and tshoot have each about 1000 pages=3000 pages. Can anyone memorize them perffectly ? answer is no. so we need this site for the category of the question, as orientation, to take the logic of the question, an insight on the questions per se and the scenarios . it is a tremendous help. Stop Complaining and learn and triple-check every question and answer, that’s what helps succeeding in the exam.
I failed for the first time in the exams, with the tshoot… because i lost too much time with just 1 question, and run out of time. angry ? yes. but also a bit pleased, i was taking them too piecemeal (this was my 5-fth exam for cisco, i always passed before this time), i needed a bit of grounding. yes, the question was wrong (1 question), but the fault was mine to loose the count of time (i would say situational awareness). At start i thought about complaining, then i thought, for what ? This is tshoot, troubleshooting. Loosing situational awareness ? How the heck are you supposed to troubleshoot then ? IT MUST COME INSTINCTUAL (i mean situational awareness). I say this from more then 15 years as an IT (22 to be correct, since i was 12-13 years old, i always have lived let’s say in an IT world, but from 12-13 years to 25-26 i only helped and took care of minor things only, hence just something like 15 years as IT in my rights). Situational awareness MUST COME INSTINCTUAL, also be organised, be self-organised in the learning proccess, then it will not matter if the graphic is wrong.
I say this for all people who loose time reading, to make them understand the difference between memorizing only (and then forgot) and learning systematically (to add to their proffessional baggage), (yeah, i have bachelor in Information Technologies, and finishing last year of my master in Teaching with minor in Information Technology, so probably i am qualified to say this),

  2. congratulations to vce guide – question is answered wrong and attached picture is from SW4 which proves that, how many months is this bs unfixed? how many questions are wrong here? do you want cause harm to people preparing for exams?
