    base line : 2 Gb + (nb_XA_vdisk*4 GB) + (nb_XD_vdisk*2 GB)+15%(buffer).
    XA = vdisk Server OS
    XD = vdisk Desktop Os

    2+(3*4)+(0)+15% = 16.1
