C is the answer. Citrix is going full cloud. Anytime it states to minimize management think of Cloud and never on-prem.
Netscaler gateway services do not work with storefront on premise.
I think B is correct because of the restriction to have different policies for external users. This option is possible only with Citrix gateway on premises.
