  1. The answer is correct! 802.11ac is only supported with open authentication or with WPA2 and AES.

    WPA2 with TKIP and WPA with AES are not supported

  2. I think the emphasis here is about enhanced speed. With WPA (AES) it will slow it down due to the process it takes to encrypt and decrypt. So, though open is not suitable in real life, it is the fastest to meet the question’s intention.

  3. Shouldn’t this be WPA (AES) ? because it is valid and provides enterprise level security. Open is not at all suitable for a trusted employee WLAN.
