None of the answers are correct. If all the switches have a default root priority, using the “spanning-tree vlan 1 root primary” command will set the bridge to priority 24576.
If the scenario already had a root bridge elected, then we can assume it was 24576 and subtract 8192, giving us 16384 (B).
Actually I am guessing this is why
Router(config)#spanning-tree vlan 2 root primary command get reduce the bridge priority by 8192 and if used secondary it would be 4096.
