  1. Hi Aj, if you dont know something, better say nothing….

    1- There are not ipads with TELNET open and DNS port open.
    2 – C is not extra info, is tecnically impossible that the ip 99.1 is launching the scan
    3 – The host answer the ping, that means the host ist up, that means the host is not down.

    Recomendation, if you fail that, stop doing test and go back to the basics.

  2. In questions asking for conclusions, always remember, we do not need to provide extra info, only what is given in the question.
    Also to mention all points we are observing.
    For ex here A , is extra info
    C is extra info
    & D, we cannot be sure about that
