16-WXC-FS has the following ports:
– 1x COM port with LC/LC TX/RX strands for connection to a degree
– 4x MPO ports, which are each bundled 4xTX/RX pairs. These ports are labeled EXP 1-4, EXP 5-8, EXP 9-12, EXP 13-16, for patch panel connections to add/drop and degrees (So depending on how you look at it, you could say there are really only 4 physical EXP ports on the card, but they represent 16 EXP pairs)
– 1x Upgrade port with LC/LC TX/RX strands for connection to another module to double the number of degrees to 32
