There are two methods of accessing CTC:
– on-demand Java-based app that runs in a client browser (by far the most common way and most user friendly way)
– StartCTC, a Windows executable file (StartCTC.exe), provided on Cisco ONS product CDs. It can access the nodes without using a web browser (this is the legacy way, a holdover from ONS 15454 MSTP days)
