“Using the CUE Editor, system administrators can create up to 16 multilevel auto-attendant
flows that provide hierarchical dual-tone multifrequency (DTMF)-based menus. At
any time, only five auto-attendant applications can be active—either the built-in AA and
four custom, or five custom. The multilevel auto-attendant allows callers to reach individuals,
