    The commitment is only to the Sprint Goal, so even if some Items are incomplete, they can be added back to the Product Backlog during the Sprint Review and worked on in a future sprint; and so the Dev Team will learn how to plan better.

    So in which situation should the work be removed, and in which situation should the developers continue working as much as they can, and move the pending work back to the PB?
