Why?

Kevin is a senior developer that has recently joined an existing Scrum Team. The existing team members are unable to get along with Kevin and conclude that he is not a culture fit.

    To achieve all this, the Scrum Master should make conscious decisions about removing impediments. Questions to consider are:
    – Is it really an impediment or is it something the Development Team can resolve themselves?
    – Do we actually need remove this impediment?
    – What is the real problem here?

    So first the SM needs to check if the Developers can resolve the issue by removing Kevin from the team.
    If for some reason they are not able to, only then is it considered an impediment, and then the SM gets involved
