I think C is not correct here because self-organization was explicitly asked about. C says something about the technical skills but not so much about the organizing skills.
Also, being a cross-functional team does not mean you are self organized. Also, knowing what needs to be done in the sprint does not mean you are self organized. Maybe someone told you what to do.
