What does stateful NAT64 do that stateless NAT64 does not do?
A. Stateful NAT64 maintains bindings or session state while performing translation

Stateful NAT64
Each traffic flow creates a state in the NAT64 translator. The maximum number of states depends on the number of supported translations.
Stateless NAT64
Traffic flow does not create any state in the NAT64 translator. Algorithmic operation is performed on the packet headers.
