  1. You shoulda stopped at “I’m an IT help desk tech” or “*and cant get to your stuff”.
    They did not say how long this issue had been occurring, so it could still be present, which would hinder the Applications from loading within a correct timeframe.
    Errors when opening applications, no anti-virus? Gotta be malware/crypto, using your resources and locking your files. And some other stuff

  2. I’m an IT help desk tech had a user with nearly identical symptoms like last week. Technically the answer could be B, but the much much more likely answer is A or something similar. 9 times out of 10 if you’re working with a VPN and get to your stuff, you’re just not connected, man.
