  1. If I were taking the PSM exam, I would choose D, as the argument of a self-organized team would prevail. However, for the ACP exam, I’d go for the letter B, onde the team is “new” and may not be able to apply the rules properly yet. So, as a project leader it would be more productive to intervenee at the forming stage. It would be different if the team were already in the norming or performing stages.

  3. I believe this should be ‘D’.
    D. wait for the empowered, self-organizing team to resolve the issue as the job of the Scrum Master is there only to facilitate.
