I dont think its is “B” cant find anything on it under LEAN.
and “D” the term multitasking is not a benefit in Agile.
Therefore it has to be “C” as under LEAN principle 7, See As a Whole, it emphasises on Focusing on what the customer wants so scope can be handled better.
