  1. I would involve:

    B. Service Desk personnel: they will support future use of the authentication system, forwarding tickets and incidents to responsible personnel;
    D. Incident response coordinator: in a case of future incident, the Incident Response team must be aware of the architecture of the authentication system.

    1. I would go with A and E
      It says this is for the configuration process before deployment.
      I think B and D are more for the deployment phase

      1. I am reviewing my answers before test and I agree with you guys, A and E would fit better, since it is pre-deployment. Thank you.

      2. SCADA is a supervisory control and data acquisition; so I would have thought A and C. Where does E. Facilities Manager come into play.

    2. The systems need to properly operate before focusing on supporting operations. The SD/IM teams should be aware of the future service to support but not directly involved in the configuration. If you don’t involve the network and facilities manager to ensure the systems work first then your predicted future SD/IM impact will be realized very quickly.
