Why are Cisco Unified IP Phones 9971 and 8961 not registering to the SRST gateway?
A. The SRST reference is not configured on the phone device page.
B. The SIP network or IP address is not provided.
C. The SIP port is configured incorrectly in the reference.
D. Cisco Unified IP Phones 9971 and 8961 do not work in SRST.
I agree
it is hard to rtead the screen but it looks like different from Port 5060. For me it looks like 5041, what means Answer C is correct
The Port would be incorrect if that were the case, but it doesnt matter what the port is because you can clearly see that no SIP server is referenced. Without that, it doesnt even open a port.
The correct Answer is definitely B
These two phones only support SIP, which is why answer B can be correct.
The Answer is B. According to the SRST help in UCM. Tip: You must configure the SRST IP address and SIP port field for a SIP device to fall back tot he SRST-enabled gateway
