Thanks for your very nice comment. The problem with this question is that it usually appears with a different selection of m-choice answers — 10.8.0.0 /19 is normally among the selections. In spite of this, A is still shown as the correct answer. I think A is over summarized – when 10.8.0.0 /19 is available…..
I would like to hear your feedback on this if you don’t mind ….

For B when subnetmask = 10, it should be 10.0.0.0/10
For C when subnetmask = 20, it should be 10.8.16.0/20
And apparently we can’t select D as the network portions will be different already
