  1. The default port for LDAP is port 389, but LDAPS uses port 636 and establishes TLS/SSL upon connecting with a client.

  2. Being an authentication is involved to view bills, it must have been a secure connection, therefore 636 could’ve been blocked.
    Answer B: Changing service port 636 to port 389, does not make any sense to me.

    I think this is to throw people off by saying Port 389 in the sentence.
    If it would’ve said “Check port 389 to see if it is being blocked.” then I would’ve bought that instead.
    I think “A” is correct
