Being an authentication is involved to view bills, it must have been a secure connection, therefore 636 could’ve been blocked.
Answer B: Changing service port 636 to port 389, does not make any sense to me.
I think this is to throw people off by saying Port 389 in the sentence.
If it would’ve said “Check port 389 to see if it is being blocked.” then I would’ve bought that instead.
