  1. I think the answer is C.
    MCU (locally managed mode) supports both ad hoc and rendezvous conferences.
    TelePresence Server (locally managed mode) supports rendezvous conferences. the only way to support Ad Hoc conferences on Cisco TelePresence Server is to control the Cisco TelePresence Server via Cisco TelePresence Conductor.

  2. Assuming VCS-C is there for registration already. You need VCS-E for external access to Webex. Question ambiguous

    VCS-E does not manage video conferences and does nothing without VCS-C.

    C does this also but MCUs are end of sale afaik.
