An organization has built their video infrastructure to perform ad hoc video calls, but they also need to conduct managed video conference calls. Which hardware component is needed to conduct these calls?
A. VCS-E
B. IOS gateway
C. MCU
D. TelePresence server
I think the answer is C.
MCU (locally managed mode) supports both ad hoc and rendezvous conferences.
TelePresence Server (locally managed mode) supports rendezvous conferences. the only way to support Ad Hoc conferences on Cisco TelePresence Server is to control the Cisco TelePresence Server via Cisco TelePresence Conductor.
For me it’s Telepresence Server, VCS-Expressway managed outside connectivity..

I think answer D is correct.
I think MCU is the answer
It would be MCU as it is the only “Hardware” besides the IOS gateway.
Answer is C
Assuming VCS-C is there for registration already. You need VCS-E for external access to Webex. Question ambiguous
Correct answer is D
VCS-E does not manage video conferences and does nothing without VCS-C.
C does this also but MCUs are end of sale afaik.
