Which two parameters need to be edited?

Users that are subscribed to the default corporate directory are complaining that when they press the Directories button, they receive an error message regarding the URL. Which two parameters need to be edited? (Choose two.)
A. Verify that the corporate directory has the Enabled check box checked in the Enterprise Parameter > Phone URL Parameters page.
B. Reset the Enterprise Phone URL Parameters.
C. Reset the Service Parameter > Phone URL Parameters.
D. Change the URLs under Enterprise Parameters to match the DNS name or the IP address being used by the server being configured and reset the IP phones.
E. Verify that the corporate directory has the Enabled check box checked in the IP Phone Services > Configuration Service Information page.
F. Select the Service Parameter for the appropriate server and Cisco CallManager (active) and change the URLs for each service to match the DNS name or IP address of the server being configured.

  1. I think D is correct, because the Phone URL Parameters are on Enterprise Parameters Configuration page.

regarding the Option E I test with my lab and I disable the Phone Service “Enterprise Directory”
reset my Cisco Iphone and when I press the directories button the Enterprise Directory option disappear.

answer C & B are not correct. there is not posible to reset only Phone URL Parameters from Enterprise Parameters Configuration.
    F&A are not correct too.

so the only two possible options are answer D&E.

  2. Answer E may be a correct answer if Cisco has it documented as somewhere but in practice, I know for certain that the directory will work on a Cisco phone even if the “Enable” box is not checked. The documentation reads:

“This check box allows you to enable or disable the service without removing the configuration from Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration (and without removing the service from the database).

Unchecking the check box removes the service from the phone configuration file and the phone.”

Unless there’s some other setting in our environment, the “Enable” box does not appear to do anything for us.
