I think that the B is not correct because it’ a day before the meeting and maybe the stakeholders can’t submit their comments in the short period of time.in addition, the BA must analyze the impact and if it is logical requirement , he would ask others to submit their attitudes…so I think as the requirement is critical, the best option is to postpone the meeting until the ba conduct further research.
