  1. Sprint Retrospective is mandatory. You can’t pick from Scrum events the one you want and skip others. You must have all 4 Scrum events. Also from Scrum Guide “The Sprint Retrospective concludes the Sprint.”

  3. I think the answer is “B” because Sprint Retrospective is not mandatory and development team should be self organizing. So scrum master cannot impose any decisions at this point.

  4. shouldn’t the answer rather be C? Because Product Owner is mandatory in Scrum Retrospective and his or her Decision matters here as well.
