    The purpose of the Sprint Review is to inspect the outcome of the Sprint and determine future
    adaptations. The Scrum Team presents the results of their work to key stakeholders and progress
    toward the Product Goal is discussed.

    No need for the word or concept DEMO in scrum, as we re not trying to sell any software product during Sprint review. Also from exam point of view in above 4 options the term stake holders (presence) is mentioned in option 4. 🙂
    Sprint review is a review meeting between the scrum team and the stakeholders to discuss how the sprint went, and what to do next.
