So, what is mutually binding about an NDA? The NDA is completely one-sided… all of the requirements, limitations are on the signer. The drafter of the NDA has no requirements at all
NDAs do not have to be limited to just 1 party or the other. If you have a company and you start a project that incorporates my company in any way, we both would want our sensitive, intellectual and actual property to be kept in-house and not made public.
