Understand KR’s question, but if you go back to the study guide it says “An RFP is submitted when you are ready to procure and begin the work. This process includes submitting the SOW, receiving bids from vendors and suppliers, evaluating the responses, and making a selection”, and I believe the important part for this question is “evaluating the responses”, thus B, RFP would be correct.
Why not an RFI ?
