  1. Previous commenter, I believe you missed the key word “or”. Since the deliverables are well defined, it can now look to the “other selection criteria…” portion of that statement. And in looking at what RFIs, RFQs, and SOWs are, they do not match at all. Another wonderful example of how poorly/sneakily these questions are worded.
    Frustratingly, I believe A is in fact the correct answer.

  2. Suggested answer (RFP) is absolutely wrong.
    According to CompTIA study guide, “a Request for Proposal (RFP) is commonly used when deliverables are not well-defined or when other selection criteria will be used in addition to price. Sellers are often encouraged to offer suggestions and alternative approaches to meet the project goals.”
    Again, WHEN DELIVERABLES ARE NOT WELL DEFINED.
